We offer the best self-defense classes training by the principles and not the curriculum; we teach not only techniques but the substantiated understanding of how the system works. We specialize in private, semi-private, and small group classes.

We have a variety of options available. Unless stated, classes run monthly with dues due by the first Tuesday of each month. Our classes are small, and we have a limited number of spaces available. Make sure you sign up early! Please note, you can start immediately for any monthly classes, however; six and eight-week sessions must begin on the calendar start date.
