We know Krav Maga! Our instructors have been training in Krav Maga for years, and our Head Instructor has been training and teaching for over a decade; however, yet we don't claim to know all aspects that will make the best practitioners. We are fortunate to have an experienced certified trainer available to manage our fitness and health program for both students and instructors to help develop our premier Krav Maga experts.
David is the designer behind TBTP FIT (a style of Strength & Conditioning) which incorporates Strength Training mixed with the high intensity of U.S Marine Corps fundamentals. This style of training will help the non-athlete become an elite athlete through efficient training while reaping the highest levels of fitness.
David has 12 years of experience, over 15,000+ hours of training, and can design any fitness program to accommodate physical limitations. He has also earned multiple certifications through NASM, NESTA, and a Bachelors of Science in Sports Health & Exercise.
