Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I register?
Our online shop is currently in development, the most straightforward way to register is to contact us via email or call us with the session that you would like to sign up. We will then email the registration form, invoice, and detail on the class session and start.
Q: What are classes like?
Students participate in an 8-week or 6-week training program. We have a curriculum to advance the student; however, since classes are small; we work with each student individually to progress at their own pace.
Q: What are the ages?
We currently have a teen program for ages 13-17. Our adult sessions, including women's self-defense, are for Ages 15+. We now do not have kids schedule on a regular schedule but can set up seminars, and private or group training.
Q: Do I need to be in good condition?
Krav Maga is for everybody! All classes have a level of fitness, but you work at your own pace, and we are always there to help adapt. If your goal includes getting into better shape, our physical trainer offers Strenght and Conditioning classes that will speed up those goals.
Q: What is the Strenght & Conditioning and how much does it cost?
Saturday morning TBTP classes will help build strength, agility, and other skills to get your Krav Maga to the athlete level. This training is available as an add-on to the Krav Maga program for $100 a month. Try a free class and see what difference this class can make.
Q: Do you offer private traning?
Yes, private training can be made available. Our classes are small and unique, so each class may already feel like private training, but if the schedule does not work or you have specific needs; we are here to help.
Q: Safety in Training
There are no rules in Krav Maga, but in training, we have #1 rule - Don't get hurt. Our classes are small, and we want it that way to keep a watchful eye on all students. We will not allow students to lose their temper or get carried away in attack and aggressive scenarios. We suggest wearing a mouthguard during all drills and will be happy to provide that along with free wraps with any new membership.
